I would not necessarily agree with your pessimistic opinion. As a chartist I would say we are in a known unknown. As I have posted before, PEN may run up well past your gloomy estimate, and it is potentially a blue sky stock. However should it dip below 0.031, on significant volume, in my opinion it is in terminal territory. One positive for the stock is the lack of postings on the forum which usually augers well for a rise in price. I may actually add to my holdings on Monday.
