Our cash cost including taxes, royalties, CPP and production unit expansion, ongoing wellfield development and closure costs is $36.60 per pound.
Therefore we will be very profitable even today with the spot price at $52/lb.
But pundits shouldn't forget we have a Sales Contract in place for circa $75/lbs and also that the majority of uranium is sold on Long Term contracts which as you know is currently around $61.50.
Our C1 costs is just under $13/lb which if you compare to other miners is one of the lowest out there. For example, BLR are looking at around $29/lb C1 cost.
