"The government also assigned one of Axiom's prospective tenements to Hong Kong-based Bintan Mining. The Australian noted that the moves came about a month after the Solomon Islands switched diplomatic relations to China from Taiwan."

    Quoted From: https://www.spglobal.com/marketintelligence/en/news-insights/trending/uzud4e2o8hvmccvb7fu2sg2

The government of Solomon Islands revoked Axiom Mining Ltd.'s foreign investment license in the country, and the company's expatriate workers were ordered to leave the island nation, The Australian reported Nov. 5.

A JORC was not required under Solomon Island mining processes.

Axiom Mining and Sumitomo's court case found the Mining Ministry had not awarded the ML correctly to AXIOM Mining.

A historical JORC for Kolosori existed, and in Axiom's case, the Solomon Islands Government handed out a ML and once the company had identified resources, they would not allow it to be exported. "This was after Mines and Mineral Board refused to grant Axiom an export permit, which has a lease to mine on San Jorge, Isabel province."

Hindsight is easy, so let's not spin this. The evidence demonstrates the absolute frustration of foreign investment in the Solomon Island's influenced by the Chinese Communist party.

Axiom Mining Resources have a do not touch sign on it!
"AXIOM Mining Limited (AML) has successfully won the first process of its judicial review case against the Government on the export permit."

Let the truth be told, and let's see justice take its course!
