Great to see buyers overbidding each other to accumulate AVM shares - as for pre opening today.
Institutions have obviously placed a "up to 50 cents" valuation on Anvil for the present.
Remember how recently it was suggested that 38 cents was a bargain? After that that 34cents, etc was a "buy with ears back" price.
Perhaps institution hangers on were into that, And they unloaded this week - after suggesting private investors buy. A handy profit in a short time.
Chemaf challenge now wiped out. 4 Corners programme becoming a distant memory. As suggested at the time. That is only about three months would see the matter completely irrelevant.
The 50 cents valuation is largely based on past production and profits. Profit making is now taking off. Share price will follow. Later in this September quarter. Watch for strength late September and early to mid October.
So my long held suggestion that Anvil shares will hit $1.00 early 06? Looking better now.
Well that is how I see it anyhow. My guess! Your guess might be better.
