The good news

- God hates sin, but even though you’ve sinned, God loves you.
- God knows that your bad behaviour (sin) makes you feel bad, so He offers you forgiveness, but first you must confess your bad behaviour to Him and change (repent).
- Jesus Christ gave his life to make you right with God and offer you eternal forgiveness. Through his sacrifice He has redeemed us in the eyes of God and is our direct line connection to the Father.
- God offers you a new life, in this life. This is through the act of being spiritually reborn through baptism and the laying of hands, after which you receive the gift of the Holy Ghost (salvation).
- The Holy Ghost is the very spirit of God living within you. The Holy Ghost will convict and regenerate you; sanctify, teach, comfort, guide, and preserve you; and empower you for service. Your body will become the temple of God and He will adopt you as His son/daughter.
- Jesus Christ has already defeated our adversary, Satan, on the cross. The battle has already been won so you have nothing to fear, if you are right with God.
- God is with us always, even unto the end. It is His good pleasure to give us, as His “little flock”, the kingdom.
