You are right, BPH does not have enough cash to fund and IPO of Cortical (costs run up to $500k for lawyers and accountants etc, plus the cost of running BPH plus the cost of the numerous lawsuits BPH and Breeze have taken out against MMR.
How many times has David Breeze been up for election at a meeting called by himself under a 249D notice and how many times have the shareholders rejected him? Can anyone let me know please?
