at 0.40 sen is bargain basement. p.e v.healthy, dividend v. health and let's not overlook the sale of product to the english. this year will be a bumper announcement with a healthy outlook for next (and the next etc).
at no stage have management told the market that their profit forecast was going to miss or that the div payment was at risk or that rev targets were going to be stretch.
either buy-up or shut-up!(down rampers only)
