why does La Jolla need to convert the remaining debt to shares at this point?
the first con note has been fully drawn so is now out of the way. Now lets see what INL has up their sleeve - if anything.
La Jolla can sit with that debt and use it to be a pain in INL's side.
also remember the share price has reached that point where it is very difficult for La Jolla to convert and make a profit.
