We are assuming Kronos is suing on misleading or deceiving conduct but it could be a simple breach of contract like this and that will be delivered on some date and it was not delivered.
As we know the project has been delayed for a year and we do not know what was in the agreement, we really do not know what is going on. We can be quite sure that Kronos would not be suing on a cat crossing the APG main entrance.
As APG is hitting its all time low, I am really tempted to buy a few more.
