Well I think it may be a good idea to have a trading halt until we actually get more details as to why Kronos believes it has grounds to sue for damages/costs. All a bit odd at this stage. They were given around 76.5 million shares for the 6.5 million and I would think it stupid to dump the shares as they may not get awarded damages/costs and be also left sitting with large paper loss. If they sell the shares that part of the original agreement can't be included in any future costs awarded I would think. And it would leave them with trying to recoup the other 6 million for the licence and then they would not have the licence anymore. All very odd and like many have said it would seem some kind of pathetic gamesmanship is being played out. Hopefully we will be more news before open on Monday. Maybe the ASX will ask for more details as well.
