(Basic EPS) will be around the same
This means there will be no growth between (2016 & 2017) (Not so good)
Therefore I believe a (PE of 15) is appropriate
(29.9 x 15) = ($4.48)
So a valuation around ($4.50) is a safe bet
Add (Margin-of-Safety) (10%)
= ($4.00)
Anything under ($4.50) is a good long-term buy IMHO
