    The Good - New Directors, capital raisings and the potential deals to be done. One director is long term employee of Chevron. Could he (and his contacts) be the trump card in the future of this company?

    The Bad - The failed deals in the not too distant past.

    The Ugly - Capital raisings. 24 April they issued 110 million shares to sophisticated investors at $0.0032. Now rights issue to the the "unsophisticated" at $0.004. How do I become a sophisticated investor???
