Ok we have CVC selling down 20% or so of their holding. They would have got the best part of this hlding from the share issue at any rate and a sell from 8.5c to 10/10.5c is a nice marging on your money at any rate. Maybe it was just plain and simple profit taking. As far as resignations go, thats another thing. Could just simply be too hot over their or too isolated or some other personal issue with the cuisine, we dont know YET. The company should prbably let a little more info out of the bag when they release resignations and throw a more ositive spin on things.
It seems that the production ramp up and throughput isnt as expected and maybe a lot of share price resilience is toward the fact that they are not going to be able to ramp up to the 1500 tonne level for a while yettherefore putting further pressure on the next expected throughput increase.
I cant see anything untoward in the drill results and would think that this is the more important of the lot. If the resource is there its only a matter of time and planning before its in the bank. Simply put, there is a sizable mineral deposit in this company that gives it value. I still think we are jsut being manipulated and held back whilst the bigger boys get set below 12c level.
There is something going on but who knows, all we can do is hope it is to the positive. One week the price looks like breaking blue sky, the next week it looks like the company is going into administration. God only knows which way it will end up but the good far outweighs the bad in my opinion.
