    but why did you do that?

    Over the years, I've lost plenty buying at the wrong end. Now I don't buy specs on value. Just on chart and they got to hit bottom.
    Thought CCC hit bottom(??) and got a few @.045. Will accumulate if it climbs and run to the hills if recedes. No averaging down No 1 rule for me.
