I would like to address the following. The Good, The Bad & The Ugly. In reverse order!
Firstly, Disregard the Ugly!
The Ugly reflects those such as jiggy88, who persistently negates the stock despite holding nothing. He has no interest except trolling, agitation and causing distress. Yes, we should be objective, critical and smart when we invest. That is what makes us different (hopefully) from a gambler who throws everything on red. People such as Jiggy do not wish to educate with humility. They just wish to enturbulate people (L. Ron Hubbard (Scientology Founder) Made up that word)
Secondly, The Bad!
After the win, SH'ers expected a double encrusted, 40 million carrot SP as if RM called Isabel mine site after the court and said "throw the Nickel ore on the boat". Some SH'ers expected RM to have a pre-written text to china which read "Nickel on its way #courtwin". The company is valued more akin to someone who has the asset. The court win says that another company can not stop us from doing what we want to do (i.e. Isabel Nickel). When it comes down to it, its all about getting the product out of the ground and to the seller. Thats when we get a 50 mill annual gross cheque. Thats when the company is cash positive. A few things need to happen in order for us to be at that point. But the good news is, we don't have any road blocks. No obstructions. We need JORC, but we will have that. Nothing can stop us.
You may be inclined at this stage to say SSM can appeal. They have nothing. The Japanese metal giant with all of its cash was not able to topple AVQ. An appeal will require something new and substantial to be effective.
Lastly, The Good!
Many speccy investors take the risk on investing in oil and gas. Some get lucky, some do not. They bet big bucks on hoping an energy company hits a black gold asset, a golden payday. When that asset is not realised, nothing is gained and much is lost. AVQ has the asset! In its own right, it has 'gold' with Isabel. DSO nickel will be ready to go.
The money! of course, cash flow is probably one of the first things you need to consider when investing. Does the company have the cash to do what it says it is going to do? AVQ will eventually get its cheque from SSM, of course not right away, but even the naysayers believe that eventually the Jap giant will write a cheque.
It is a work in progress. The impatience of shareholders wanting a golden payday and the lack of delayed gratification is the enemy which corrodes your investment, not this investment itself.
It is like buying a house and when the house has not doubled in value in 2 weeks despite better infrastructure in the area, you drive up to your local real estate agent and start banging on the window.
R2R's Final Thought...
Give it time. We have no road blocks... 5c will happen (or equivalent with consideration) The only factor here is some hard work by RM / AVQ ... and time.
PS. Ignore/block losers like Jiggy88 who just enturbulate and do not positively educate or contribute.
