This one is the classic case of the ship going down and no one can use the lifeboats...the captain (brokers)are long gone.. the ship has been boarded by the pirates but the crew (board) does not know what to do.... meanwhile the passengers (s'holders) have been shafted all the way to the iceberg.. get the drift... as Ned Kelly said "such is life"!!
