Just remember that the STAM Director will not form a majority on the Board. That person will have to convince the rest of the Directors, or a majority, of the value of an alternative strategy.
I am no business structure expert but I would think that keeping the business together would be a better strategy at present with plenty of cash flow over the next couple of years. I think ultimately Namoi will be a takeover target for one of the big global agribusinesses.
