Don't know whether you realise or not GM. Bush cannot be re elected again! Property is currently over inflated generally and will suffer badly under Labor party policy due to much higher interest rates which rather than diffusing the situation will exacerbate the poor marketability of property. If you don't believe that, just revert to the experiences we had in 1989-1994 under "the recession we had to have" regime of Paul Cheating and his famous "J" curve and his L.A.W.law tax promises.!!!!!!!!! I believe that gold will again come into its own and that we have not even begun the bull run for gold !
