The 7 Days of Creation, as I have mentioned, has several meanings.

One symbolic meaning is that there will be 6 prophets before the return of the Jesus figure who will bring a global religion. All the 6 religions before that had beginnings and ends, evening and morning, beginnings and ends, but the 7th, the one in which Jesus returns with a new name and a new religion with the authority of G.d is endless, in the sense that it will established a permanent foundation which no other religion has.

So evening is the end of a religions, end of an era, or the world as some would have it and morning is the birth of a new religion.

The Egyptian and Sumerian religions gave birth to the religion of Adam, the first day, who taught the one true G.d.
The second morning was Noah, who formed a covenant with G.d that was like an Ark that could withstand any flood of tribulation.
The third day dawned with Abraham, the father of a religious nation.
The fourth day dawned with Moses, the bringer of law.
The fifth day dawned with Jesus who introduced unconditional love.
The sixth day dawned with Muhammad, the Friend of God
And the seventh day has no evening.

As for Creation, Psalm 104 hints at a process that when animals are taken away new ones are created, obviously not on the same day, rather countless years later. It could easily be describing evolution.

If you bog down with days of literal Creation and literal days it becomes meaningless drivel. Mornings and evenings signify beginnings and ends, not days.
