    Biosignal Limited (ASX: BOS) ("the Company") advises that the offer made pursuant to the Prospectus dated 21 April 2010 has now closed.

    The Company advises that 20,330,308 of acceptances have been received pursuant to the offer and the total funds received from acceptances is $4,066,061.

    The Company will make further announcements in respect of completing the acquisition of RGM Group Pte Ltd, issuing securities under the Prospectus and the Companys reinstatement to quotation in due course.
