From the last activities update...

Ironbark has been working towards the registration of a Greenland company for several months as this will be required to hold the title of the Exploitation Licence, however this process is taking longer than anticipated. We have received advice that this matter is progressing and expect a result shortly.

Bloody hell, I would have thought that they had the company registration organised long ago. Surely this could have been organised over the last 25 months while the ML application was being assessed! anyway seems like this may be the last hurdle before the big announcement....
then bring on the funding!
