Mickygreen the low cost housing scheme planning to build 50,000 NEW homes means 100% of these would be going towards new supply. The government itself states it is aimed to "increase the supply of affordable rental dwellings

Before calling others fools I'm sure you would be aware not 100% of property investors invest in new buildings and instead buy existing buildings. This does nothing to add new supply but instead bids up prices. What is so foolish about that?? Having trouble understanding basic market principles??
