Don't we all have a say in when/how the future fund becomes "a thing of the past" fund? The gov never subsidised petrol distribution, why should your pet project get favourable treatment?
As I recall that was money from the privatisation of PMG/Telecom. I was one of the millions ripped off by that monopoly so own a part of the Future Fund.
