I see no reason for rationality to now return to GPT's share price, which is now guaranteed the healthiest balance sheet in the sector.

It is now, in my view, a question of time before NTA lvls are restored, and eventually some premium too given the high quality of asset and operational KPIs.

Alternatively, the business may be sold or merge or a combination... an event which ought to also restore the share price to rational values.

I have NOT enjoyed the ride, but I expect to make > 25% on my investment, which started in July-08 at around $1.40 / share ... and am about to double my holdings for the third time.

My avg price after this dilution will be approx 0.65c/ share ... and I would have received approximately an 8% yield in the nine months since becoming an investor... which is fine, as this is a satisfactory return - provided that capital values are preserved or even grown.

I did not expect such a ride from GPT of all companies!
