this is what I took from the "even a 2005" report...Thanks Boy1... Please note this was from there existing Morila lease an not from any of BGS current lease's...heres some more research i've had hidden under my bed...

page 22 will show that this is the case...200km Lease etc..

Seems to me after Time Ashanti decided to take the money and run... similar to a Coy owner failing to reinvest back into the Business, The income drops and the lack of development is the death knell for future growth...
