Whether they can claim the milestone is satisfied or not I completely disapprove of any free shares being granted when company is cashflow negative after 13 years and $24m in shareholders funds expensed and shares are at 52 week lows.
I know of other company directors foregoing free share entitlements when performance of company is not good.
Doing deals is easy if they are bad deals so far the revenues are less than a taxi drivers best year.
I would like to see the BOD ask for a extension with a 12 month profit target of $5m or SP of 0.15c whatever the earlier.
Otherwise no more free shares irrespective of 2014 performance being approved. Stupidly B&Y gave them the votes to get that generous deal through.
Don't think B&Y would agree now.
If they cry P&G is taking longer then we are all in it together.
