sure, names sometimes count for a bit. however, i recall some company - belcrest - more thatn 15 years ago. the company was a home builder. i had a whisper that the company was going to change direction - something to do with jet planes. the company was suspended, and then there was a new board. the board was most impressive, there was someone (maybe more) from ansett, and some guy who was on some government airline industry board - might even have been the chairman. gee the story was good, i got back to the office one day, and a friend rang, and he heard a story at the end of adelaide tce, that had the company building jet fighters on license - here in australia. in the end, they had some crackpot invention, that some crackpot had invented 20 years previoulsy. to cut a long story short, the board was most impressive, but it was a dog. no problems, i made a few dollars on it - about $10,000 more thatn 15 years ago
