Hi eer, it's on the north coast of NSW, 15 minutes behind Byron Bay. Used to be so cheap here but we are now getting climate change refugees from Queensland, quite literally, who are buying up parcels of land because we still have reliable rain here. Come and pay a visit. It's a great community. We also have excellent farmers' markets with cheap fresh organic produce.
