Captain444 I have made no personnel attack on any one, if anything I have wished potter the best in his new role, it is very difficult unless you have actually worked in the resource sector to understand the points geos and myself are making without being slanderous.
Tgn, you are quiet right, there is no actual reference to potter working for BP base metals only he started his career in the copper belt of zambia and yes I agree some geologist do make the transition from hard to soft rock geology without any problems.
