My point was this one though. "I dont know of any other Company that is allowed to announce fiction like CVI can? No signatures should mean no announcements and certainly no private emails."
Corporate Governance and resposnibilty to the market as a public company means they can only announce facts. That is agreemnets and contracts once they have occured, not while they are pipe dreams or figments of ones imagination!
If CVI did not announce until signatures had been achieved then to this day they would not have announced anything and CVI would be one of the quitest threads on HC. And that is the way it should be!
