The EV of AUZ is not a linear relationship to what SK paid for their slice. As many have mentioned, SK paying .12c is alot different than me paying that. They add value in so many ways and combine what AUZ brings to their bottom line with what they bring to both their bottom line and AUZ. So the value they are bringing in at this point in time is still speculative. Some people think .02c some peipeo think $2.
We'll find out soon enough.
