Could we apply a VRIO framework to determine AUZ's resources and capabilities as a source for a sustained competative advantage for the future??

VALUE: Sconi alone minimum 5 Billion dollar deal with SKK. Will have the ability to drill out and increase the current JORC 89 million ton resource in the future

RARITY: Nickel no , Cobalt not rare but great to have in an ethical,low soveriegn risk zone

IMITABILITY: Companies cant find these resources in a short period of time

ORGANISIATION: Does AUZ have the capactity to exploit the opportunity....With SKK on board this is a yes?
