Mate not questioning AUZ and sure I might have got ASX and ASIC mixed up - BUT if any entity is governed by a Government body it is ultimately held to the in capabilities of that body. If you need look up the Parliamentary Committee with Steve Irons essentially looking into the inability of ASIC to properly ensure director governance and you'll get the picture. Either way the comment was to let the poster know not you have too high his expectations, but feel free to defend ASIC next....None of this has to do with AUZ!!!
