You mention the Hunt Bros. buying ''all the silver'' in 1980 .. restricting supply that resulted in the silver price exploding. The flip side of that is that now we have the Wall Street banks shorting the paper silver price to ensure that the silver price does not reflect true value. At least the Hunt Bros. were buying physical & not the paper scam that we see today.
