I often read this forum but don't post due to the constant childish squabbles. I am an Australian property bear (-20% over 3yrs), and believe some of the bears on this forum provide excellent factual posts on Australian property. I notice most bulls here use the old "its different and shortage excuse in Australia" and provide little factual evidence. I hear the same rabble from vested interests everyday whom looked dazed and confused when I provide statistical evidence.

I thought I would share possibly the best analysis of the Australian Housing Bubble I have read. Would like to see if the property bulls can seriously reject the facts provided.
