Watson needs the beer battered frozen chips, a little veggie oil and a slow cook in a pan*
Not always but with some practice they’re just as good as the fish and chip shop ones- especially when they put them in those crappy polystyrene packs that make the chips sweat & turn in to mushy things void of any satisfying crunch.
