lol watso certainly seems to have a full day ahead.
watso might do well to try cooking them on about 4 on an electric cook top or say 1/4 on a gas cooker.
watso might enjoy them, kablooey has personally found that the slow cook is the easiest way to get the crunch without the burn/stick to the pan.
on a nice low heat we can put them in the pan reasonably gently so that they all have a spot on the pan, then shake the pan back and forth a bit right from the start to stop them sticking if the pan isn’t 100% non stick, as many non stick lane eventually become- or show some patience and let them seal nicely before gently moving them around with a wooden spoon or whatever- the goal being to not lose that nice crispy skin.
extra keen types might even throw in a dash of sea salt or some other flavouring while they’re cooking..
here’s hoping watso does enjoy them as a nice crunchy chip with a good creamy filling truly is one of the simple but great pleasures in life* ( especially on cooler days ).
kablooey enjoys this kind of topic.
