What is material for one company on a JV, need not be material for the other and so WC8 might give a trading halt without a corresponding one from DEG. It really is a question of David and Goliath but in this case, David does not even have a slingshot.
All the same, I am not going to pay any attention to unsubstantiated rumours but will wait and see what eventuates with WC8.
