The only mention of acid sulphate soil is the instruction in a footnote not to make roads from it.
Maybe you meant Category A waste - but that only applies to untreated acid sulphate soil with ph <4. If we follow the soil hazard categorisation and management chart we can see a series of perpetual loops where the soil is treated and downgraded (which is controlling ph in this case), ideally reaching Cat C which landfills (like Hansons) do take.
