Let me answer your query by first mentioning that Nagambie Resources has a landfill site and two EPA approved water filled pits.
An EPA landfill site must pay an EPA levy of about $60 if PASS is dumped on it as per your EPA response.
An approved landfill site must also be 2m above water.
NAG also had two pits which have been approved to accept PASS for UNDERWATER storage.
These are not landfill sites.
They are specifically approved to accept PASS and they do not incur the EPA levy which only applies to landfill sites.
We have quite a unique asset regarding the approved disposal of PASS and given the EPA hoops NAG had to jump through to get this approval - it may stay that way for a while.
