I thought the brains trust answered the question some time ago........ Obviously did't trust or like our answer....................The EPA have confirmed what I said and what Moggs has reiterated above.
IMO the question to the EPA should have been worded different, as it included the word landfill which has a broad coverage of content and so many variables. Should have been worded regarding the underwater storage of PASS.
Could of also just rang Mike to get confirmation.
