OPEC nations will be have bleeding budget deficits if they dont address this, not to mention fiscally broke neighbours under even more pressure to defend against IS .... its not sustainable from thier point even if some have foreign cash reserves...  

If they are facing long term over supply then it forces them to act sooner rather then later, as they will need to retain foreign reserves to get them thru or slash budgets.
