The three year chart is interesting ... showing that slow and fast stochastics are at the bottom of their oversold troughs . In the past they have always rebounded steeply . Bollingers are getting the squeeze too .
I am not predicting 3c by Tuesday at 11am but a turnaround is due soon ( technically ) .
