they are big holders of stocks that ran like mofos (VOR, AVB)
from the 2011 annual report Celtic capital owned 10% of both ROB and 16% of ROBO
if the CR happens in july (and i believe it will), I have a feeling Celtic may pump the sp up deliberately so that the amount of extra CR shares issued will be less in order to raise $2 mill - and therefore less dilution and better benefits to them
