shawnofc - I'm in the exact same boat as you mate. Have been watching the Brissy market for the past 18 months or so waiting to cash into the FHBG. Got sick of waiting for some sane prices so packed up headed to London to make some ?
Should be back in a year or two armed with a healthy deposit and hopefully some lower house prices.
