I work in Hawthorn and the Mrs in Brighton, to get there from South Morang would be a logistical nightmare each day and certainly not great for my career (more travel less time at work), let alone standard of life.

My issue is our overwhelming desire for a 3 bedroom house and backyard. Lets get some more high density living for those that want to live somewhere near the city (or because of their work) to expand the options, not everyone needs/wants a big backyard etc.

Universal Trader, you move to South Morang and i'll move there, pretty easy to condemn when it isn't you in the situation.
