lol yeah if only, but what if i was born 10yrs later, 1996.
so lets look at it like this.. 10 yrs from now, where will house prices be? house prices cannot increase without wages increasing BUT even that gap atm is massive.. which i knew where i saw that graph... anyone?
IMO the gap between house prices and wages cannot possibly get any higher
