Sound reasoning UT, our issue is I'm happy to rent for a while the gf wants to buy but, I'm a finance person so i'm pretty wary of buying into the market right now, it just seems like when BHP was on it's way upwards forever in the high $40's when everyone you spoke to just said "buy BHP, it will always go up", "the China boom will never stop" etc etc, that's the same things I hear from the majority in regards to property at the moment...
