Just wish to point out quickly to those who dont understand ...please dont think there is easy money to be made in the USA / Canada , Its simply not true , more a fools paradise .

You really cant buy a 50 k block of land in Australia because of how our development system works ..

Construction costs are beyond this , can explain detail , but have many times previously . Just understand a house is not simply a house , this is not how it works .

And I own property overseas ..but would NEVER be bothered with the USA / Canada .
