Sungar , seriously I wish you well , you sure sound like you know what you are doing and I guess there has to be a bottom somewhere .

Im not sure where you are from , I do have a associate over there , he has explained all the problems to me ..and It just sounded way outside of my risk profile with regard to what I try and achieve , and I have always done well .

I just say good luck , approach with caution , remember Its vastly different with regards the tenants , and you obviously understand the Tax issues far better than I .

The individual I mention lives there , has a US wife , knows his areas and the property market pretty well .
